Family History Registration Home Page

Why does the Family History Department want Family History Consultants and Priesthood Leaders to register with them?


Registering who we are, along with our calling, allows the Family History Department to assist us in our stewardships by providing us with frequent E-Mails informing us of changes, improvements, new resources and training.

It also allows them to provide customized tutorials in the Help section of New Family Search within the “E-Learning Courses” link.



This is a list of all the callings of people with Family History Stewardships that the Family History Department has requested to register.

Please note that before you can register you will need to obtain the
Unit # for your ward. You can obtain this number from any of your
ward clerks.
